A. Ring you already wear: lay it flat on the circles. Your size is the circle that fits just inside the ring's inner edge. Between two? Choose the larger.

B. No ring? Cut out the strip and cut along the short red slit. Wrap it round the base of your finger (snug, not tight) with the numbers outside, push the pointed end through the slit, and read your size at the slit.
